A witch doctor in the capital was arrested for allegedly duping at least 150 childless couples, claiming that he can cure infertility through magical remedies, police said Friday.
The treatments were working well - for him. He was raking in the cash. He's been charged under the Drugs and Magical Remedies Act.
Beware. The quacks are out there. Conception, Pregnancy and Parenting over 40 talks about another one:
Nutrition quackery is the promotion of false and/or unproven nutrition products and services for a profit. Be on the alert. Use only recognized medical practitioners. Avoid the quacks.
