What Color Was Your Lunch?
Fruits and vegetables come in all colors. Even the proteins - meat, eggs, cheese, can add a dash of color to a meal. Restaurants (and ambitious cooks everywhere) try to make their meals good-looking as well as good -tasting.

But did you know that different foods aid in different areas of your health? That'sfit tells us that:

Blue and purplelinks foods like blueberries, raisins, plums, and eggplant help with urinary tract health, memory function, and healthy aging.

So it goes for every color. The website 5 a Day tells us that the use of colorful foods is a good plan for healthier living. So, next time you go shopping, pick up fruits and vegetables of every color. Your plates will not only look more colorful, they'll be delicious - and oh so healthy.
