Vaccine for Breast Cancer
Self examination, mammograms, MRIs - So many ways to detect breast cancer. Now researchers are developing new methods of treatment. An article from Press TV talks about a way of preventing breast cancer:
Scientists in the US claim they have developed a breast cancer 'vaccine' which stimulates a powerful immune system response to tumor cells.

Breast Cancer.org has more on the topic:
A vaccine is a very common way of building up the immune system to fight infection. Using vaccines to fight breast cancer is relatively new, however, and still considered experimental. A vaccine for breast cancer may consist of an antigen cocktail of weakened or essentially dead elements of breast cancer cells that could stimulate an antibody response.

The breast cancer vaccine is still in the experimental stageslinks. Let's hope it proves worthy.
