The Wellness Diary

Do you like to keep track of your health and healthful activities? Do you own a Series 60 Symbian phone from Nokia? The folks at Nokia have developed this nifty little program to help you keep track of — well, all sorts of things. It's called the Wellness diary.
My thanks and a tip of the hat to Rico Mossesgeld and the Smart PDA blog for this timely article. According to Nokia's Connecting People web site, the Wellness Diary monitors and tracks:
- weight,
- exercise,
- number of steps,
- eating management,
- fat %,
- sleep,
- .. and more.
Sounds like a good program to have.

I often forget that I’m supposed to be dieting. Anything that helps me to remember to stay focused has my vote!

Hi Donna,
I couldn’t agree more. I wish I had a Nokia phone, but I don’t. I have an online diary to keep track when I’m home, but when I go out I have to rely on putting everything on paper and adding it to my diary later. Not the most reliable method.
