My thanks and a tip of the hat to Rico Mossesgeld and the Smart PDA blog for this timely article. According to Nokia's Connecting People web site, the Wellness Diary monitors and tracks:
- weight,
- exercise,
- number of steps,
- eating management,
- fat %,
- sleep,
- .. and more.
Sounds like a good program to have.

I often forget that I'm supposed to be dieting. Anything that helps me to remember to stay focused has my vote!

Hi Donna,
I couldn't agree more. I wish I had a Nokia phone, but I don't. I have an online diary to keep track when I'm home, but when I go out I have to rely on putting everything on paper and adding it to my diary later. Not the most reliable method.

I'm not sure where exactly to categorize this post forwarded by Jimmy Atkinson: 101 Wellness Tips You've Never Heard Before, published at NDG - simply because it spans most of the categories I have in this blog.
It is a great read, especially if you are
