Sugar and Your Health

Sugar – it's been around for hundreds of years. We put it in our coffee, use it in our baking, sprinkle it on a bowl of fruit for that extra bit of sweetness. It's even in places where you'd never expect it – like soups and other canned goods.
Is all that sweetness good for you? Well, it's good for the taste buds, but what about the rest of the body? Alldeaf.com doesn't think so. In fact, they list 78 ways sugar can ruin your health, everything from suppressing the immune system to increasing the risk of developing Alzheimer's. Alldeaf.com tells us:

Sugar doesn’t have to be tagged as a potential health injurer if consumed in low quantities, that’s what i know.
