Portion Control
I've mentioned several times that the best way to lose weight is to control the portions you eat. So this blog from Fitsugar got my attention real fast:
Portionpals ($17.98) were created to teach you how to prepare the correct sized meals. portionpals are food management discs that help you lose weight - while eating the food you want.

I found the Portionpals site on the web and discovered more about portionpals:
Who needs a diet when you have a pal?
That's our mission. Founded by Paris D'Jon and his family, portionpals is a revolutionary product that has taken the health industry by stormlinks. Completely sold out in it's initial test run, portionpals has now captured the attention of celebrities, industry leaders and most importantly people just like you.

Sounds like a neat idea. As a proponent of portion control for weight management, I'm going to give portionpal a try.
