Prepackaged foods are a great time saver, and these days, they actually taste pretty good. Plus, who has time to cook any more, especially during the week? Many of us now live off those little boxes of goodies from the freezer that just take 3 to 5 minutes to heat up in the microwave. This may not sound all the good for you, but according to Women's Health Magazine, there are some frozen foods for women which can keep the weight off and fight disease:

These 100 winners, which deliver more of the nutrients your body needs to stay fit and slim without the excess calories, chemicals, and saturated fat that can weigh you down. You may not be able to get all 100 in your cart in 10 minutes or less, but you could definitely burn some fat trying.

Some of the items on their list of frozen foods actually includes pizza.
