Kegel Exercises While Pregnant
A while back I wrote a blog entry about doing Kegel exercises for bladder incontinence. One occasion when most women suffer bouts of incontinence is when they are pregnant. Is it okay to practice Kegel exercises while you're pregnant?

According to a video on Free Workout Videos, not only can you do the exercises, you should make then a part of your prenatal fitness exercises. As well as helping control the bladder, they also exercise some of the muscles used in labor and delivery.
Learn how to do kegel exercises while pregnant in this video of one in a prenatal fitness series

Kegel Pro describes urinary incontinence this way:

Urinary Incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine from the bladder. The main symptom of Stress Incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine while coughing, Sneezing, laughing, exercising, or doing similar activities. It is second only to Stress Incontinence as the most common cause of urinary Incontinence (involuntary loss of urine).
