Kegel Exercises While Pregnant
Filed in archive Pregnancy on April 8, 2007
A while back I wrote a blog entry about doing Kegel exercises for bladder incontinence. One occasion when most women suffer bouts of incontinence is when they are pregnant. Is it okay to practice Kegel exercises while you're pregnant?
According to a video on Free Workout Videos, not only can you do the exercises, you should make then a part of your prenatal fitness exercises. As well as helping control the bladder, they also exercise some of the muscles used in labor and delivery.

The main symptom of Stress Incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine while coughing, Sneezing, laughing, exercising, or doing similar activities.
