Junk Food and Cancer

Fast food is usually greasy and loaded with calories. It contains trans fats and can lead to all sorts of problems, not the least of which is obesity and heart disease.
Now Dr. Greg Martin, Science and Research Manager for the World Cancer Research Fund, has released more information on the dangers of eating Junk food
. According to an article in Blogs By Women:One major European study recently revealed that women with higher levels of blood sugar are also significantly more likely to develop cancer of the skin, pancreas, urinary tract, and the womb. In another study, it was found that older women with high-fat diets were 15% more likely to develop breast cancer. Diets consisting of 40% fat or more put women at the highest risk category.What's in that junk food anyway? Well, let's look at a Big Mac from McDonalds: 570 calories, almost half of them from fat.
