This section of the Health Information Center from the Medical University of South Carolina will help you find out. Find out how to figure out your BMI. What's your heart rate? Try out some of the calculators and quizzes and see how you fare.
Other sections of the MUSC web site include an explanation of various tests and procedures, and a good selection f audio and video material. This is an excellent site for anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle.
