May 13th also marks the beginning of Women's Health Week (May 13 - 19.)
Women'sHealth.gov tells us that this is a week for:
- celebrate the extraordinary progress in women's health
- bring attention to and create understanding of women's health issues
- encourage women to get regular check-ups
- provide free or reduced screenings for women nationwide
- educate women about steps they can take to improve their physical and Mental health and prevent disease
Tracy Cornforth, Women's Health at About.com says:
The theme of this year's National Women's Health Week is "It's Your Time: Pamper Your Mind, Body and Spirit." Monday, May 14, is the sixth annual National Women's Health Checkup Day and women are urged to visit their doctor, or set up appointments for women's health screenings such as Pap tests, mammograms, and other screenings as needed.

Other than health I hope you can also consider work opportunities, rights, and the likes. Most moms who are not working in an office are overworked at home but underappreciated. I hope you can have something like seminar for kids to give due respect to their moms. Women especially mothers tend to forget their rights. For this reason, they get abused.
