Five Foods Women Should eat
It's a fact. Some foods are good for us - like fruits and vegetables. Others aren't so goo, like greasy french fries and doughnuts or sugary treats. Some foods - well, some we're not so sure of.

Live Journal lists the five top foods for women. Number one is cranberries, and I've mentioned this one before when talking about urinary tract infection or UTI. Others on the list include walnuts, beans, fish and tomatoes.

We are what we eat. If we put healthy food into our bodies, then we can expect healthier bodies. The World's Healthiest Foods is a great place to look for good things to eat. This week they're talking about carrots:
