Get your diet right. Start learning to incorporate moderate exercise into your life; if you fail to do so during your weight loss phase - you will increase your chances of weight regain.
Health and Finsesse agrees:
Everyone on a proper diet that is serious about losing weightwill in fact be doing some sort of exercise. A proper diet will not be effective without exercise.
I have to confess. I'm not fond of exercising, but I do know that if I want to lose this excess weight, I'll have to get off my butt and start an exercise plan.
