Everyone on a proper diet that is serious about losing weightI have to confess. I'm not fond of exercising, but I do know that if I want to lose this excess weight, I'll have to get off my butt and start an exercise plan.will in fact be doing some sort of exercise. A proper diet will not be effective without exercise.
