Diagnosing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Do you feel exhausted? Fatigued? Is it becoming hard to get up in the morning, and then the day goes downhill from there?

You could be suffering from CFS, or chronic fatigue syndrome. CFS is persistent, hard to diagnose and far more prevalent than the medical field would have us believe. So, how do you and your doctor decide if CFS is what's causing you to feel "blah" all the time?

What Should You Do If You Think You Have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? - an article by Catherine Morgan on the Living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Blog, has numerous suggestions, including this:
I would approach your doctor with all the "evidence" of your condition, this would be the list you make with your symptomslinks, and how long you have had them. Do not try to tell the doctor you have CFS, let the doctor examine you, run test, and try treatments based on your medical condition and symptoms. If you don't get better, or get worse, the diagnostic tests your doctor will run will increase in order to rule-out other conditions.....
