Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia
A recent article in Health and Wellness tells us that there are three important steps you should take to improve your fibromyalgia. These steps are:
"Reduce your stress, improve your sleep, and gradually increase your exercise."
The article continues with excellent advice on how to manage these three steps.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder of the muscles characterized by fatigue , sleep disturbances, and tenderness. According to Ramona W. of Edmonton, Albertalinks, Canada, who suffers from both chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia:
"Fibromyalgia is chronic fatigue syndrome with pain."

According to About.com, fibromyalgia is:
"a chronic illness characterized by pain, fatigue and poor sleep."
It was once thought that both chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia weren't real disorders. However, research has proved that they actually do exist.
