Breastfeeding and Exercis
A few days I wrote about exercise during pregnancy. But what about when the pregnancy is over and you are breast-feeding your little one? Is exercise safe then?

This is the time you want to exercise to try to regain your figure. Still, exercise does cause a build-up of lactic acid in the system. Could this excess curdle your milk and make your baby ill?

Babyfit.com tellslinks us that we can, indeed, exercise:

There has been much debate about whether or not a woman can breastfeed her baby and continue to exercise due to the lactic acid build-up in her system. After doing some research and talking to highly tuned athletes who have had children, my conclusion is that it is perfectly safe and okay to exercise while you are breastfeeding.

The trick is to exercise in moderation. And, rest assured, that even if there is a build up of lactic acid, will subside in an hour or two.
