Do you have arthritis? t's the leading cause of disability and affects people of al ages, although it's most prevalent in people over 60.

What are the symptoms of arthritis? Medical News Today lists these:
-- Joint pain and swelling
-- Stiffness particularly in the mornings
-- The feeling of warmth around a joint
-- Redness of skin around a joint
-- Inability to move the joint easily

Arthritis can strike in many different ways. According to Arthritis Treatment and Relief.com,
